CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
Calling all our dedicated dog lovers!
Are you looking for a fun way to spend your summer whilst making a
difference? We are gearing up for our busiest summer yet and we need your
help to make our attendance at the summer shows a success.
As you know, we have been finding loving homes for dogs across Scotland for
over 30 years. Our attendance at summer show events are vital for raising
the funds needed to provide veterinary care, kennelling and professional
training for our furry friends.
Whether you have a few hours or a whole weekend to spare, there is a role for
everyone:
Showground Superstars: Man our DAWGS charity stand, chat with the public about
our rehoming work and help sell our latest merchandise.
Star Bakers: If you’re handy in the kitchen, we’re always looking for home-baked
treats to sell at our stalls.
Fundraising Heroes: Help us run raffles and tombolas that keep the attendees
smiling and the donations coming in.
Volunteering with us is a fantastic way to meet like minded animal lovers and
become part of a community dedicated to rehoming with love. No specific experience
is required, just a positive attitude and a passion for dog welfare.
